• Fully refundable: Your $2.99 pledge can be refunded at any time before final checkout. Email cs@hynote.ai to request a refund.
• Not a final sale: The pledge is a reservation, not a binding purchase contract. It does not guarantee a specific delivery date.
• Early backer pricing: Early supporters lock in the hardware price of $49.99 (regular price $99.99). Your position is based on the time of your successful pledge.
• Applied at checkout: When devices are ready, your $2.99 pledge will be deducted from the final purchase price.

Our website describes an e-ink learning companion—including lecture capture, flashcard review, task reminders, custom screensavers, and distraction-free study workflows.

• These descriptions represent design goals and anticipated capabilities. Final hardware, software, features, and timelines may change as we build.
• If the final product differs materially from what you expected, your remedy before shipment is a full refund of your $2.99 pledge.

By submitting your email through "Stay Updated," you agree to receive development news, launch updates, and occasional marketing from HyNote Ink.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in each message. Opting out of marketing will not cancel your pledge or transactional order emails.

All content on hynote.ai, including text, graphics, logos, UI mockups, images, and software, is owned by HyNote Ink or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Submit fraudulent payment information, bypass payment systems, or use bots to claim limited early backer spots.
• Interfere with the site's operation, including introducing malware or launching denial-of-service attacks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HyNote Ink and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the website.
• Unauthorized access to our servers or stored information.
• Bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through third parties.

Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or your use of the site will not exceed the amount you paid us (your $2.99 pledge).

We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before they take effect. Continued use of the site after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
